Terms of Service

Effective August 9, 2026

RingUntil ("we", "the service"), operated by Knightbook LLC, lets you schedule reminders that repeat by email — and, if you opt in, by text message — until acknowledged. By creating an account or opting in to texts, you agree to these terms.

SMS messaging terms

When you add your phone number in account settings and confirm the verification code we text you, you consent to receive recurring automated reminder text messages from RingUntil at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reminder texts are sent only to your own verified number. The complete opt-in flow, including the exact messages we send, is documented at ringuntil.com/sms-optin.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, reply START or re-verify your number in account settings, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies with the reminder schedules you create. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

The service

RingUntil is a best-effort reminder tool, not a life-safety, medical, or emergency service. Email and SMS delivery depend on third-party providers and carriers and may be delayed or fail; we do not guarantee delivery of any message at or within any period after its scheduled time.

Acceptable use

Only add reminder participants who expect to hear from you. You may not use the service to harass anyone or to send messages against their wishes. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed by Stripe monthly or yearly and can be canceled any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed reminders or undelivered messages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always at ringuntil.com/terms. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
