Privacy Policy

RingUntil ("we", "the service"), operated by Knightbook LLC, sends reminder emails and text messages that repeat until someone acknowledges them. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your email address — used to create your account, sign you in via magic link, and deliver reminder emails.
• Your phone number (optional) — only if you add and verify it yourself, used to deliver reminder texts to you (see "Text-message consent" below).
• Participant email addresses — provided by you so we can deliver the reminder emails you schedule.
• Reminders and delivery history — titles, notes, schedules, and acknowledgment status, so the service can function.
• Billing details — payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use advertising trackers.

Text-message consent (opt-in and opt-out)

Reminder texts are strictly opt-in and go only to your own number: you add your phone number in your account settings and we text you a verification code; entering that code confirms both that the number is yours and that you consent to receive recurring reminder texts from RingUntil. We never send reminder texts to anyone who has not verified their own number this way.

Message frequency varies with your reminder schedules. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP to any message for help, or STOP to opt out and stop all texts immediately. You can also remove your number in account settings at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

Emails are delivered through SendGrid and text messages through Twilio, solely to deliver your reminders. Payments are processed by Stripe. Our servers and database are hosted on Railway.

Data retention and deletion

Account and reminder data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email [email protected] from your account's address and we will remove it within 30 days.
